Wagyu NagYeopSal is one of the specialised cuts of beef. It is an oriental fan-shaped muscle located in the upper part of the front leg of the cow, that is, the lower part of the outer shoulder blade.

In English, it is also known as Wagyu oyster blade, Wagyu feather blade, Wagyu flat iron, Wagyu top blade, etc. It produces about 4kg per cow and is so named because when sliced, it resembles the feather fans held by the king’s handmaidens on his left and right.
