Our Beef, Chicken, Lamb are all proudly farmed and produced in New Zealand. Our Pork is supplied from New Zealand, Finland, German and Spain.
Unfortunately, our meat products are not halal. As much as we want to provide all the products that you require, most or our suppliers do not have a halal certification.
We are proud to say that all the chickens are free range and naturally farmed. Our Beef and lamb are happily grass fed.
We cannot guarantee that all our marinated meat products are gluten free. Please, refer to the product’s ingredients list to determine whether the product contains gluten or not.

Yes, we have a physical facility where you can pick up your order. 10-12 Miami Parade Onehunga Auckland 1061.

All our products are packed with a slow temper gel ice packs to keep the meat fresh and cold during delivery.
To give you the best service, for Auckland area (except urban) we aim to ship items on the day of your order or the next working day. Orders typically arrive between 9am to 6pm.
You will receive an email once your order has been received, packed and ready for shipping and we will provide you with tracking information.
- Auckland- $15 (Same day or overnight shipping)
- Auckland Rural Area- $20 (expected 1-2 business days)
- South island & North Island – Shipping rate varies (Depending on the address)
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to rural areas. Delivery to rural areas takes at least 3 days and our packaging boxes are designed to keep meat fresh and cold for only up to 24 hours.
Yes, please provide us your order number and the new shipping address as soon as possible so we can redirect your parcel. (48 hours notice required prior to delivery date)

Our packaging allows the meats to stay at cool temperatures for up to 24 hours.
Our packaging boxes with cooling gel packs will keep meats cold and keep out the heat for up to 24 hours.
