Promo Codes
We may offer promotional discounts which can be redeemed through the use of promotional codes. Each promo code is valid for a limited period only and we reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.
Each promo code applies only to qualifying members or purchases, details of which will be specified in the promotion, and are subject to all restrictions set out in the offer.
Only one promo code can be used per transaction and cannot be combined with other offers.

If you purchase any product online, you must pay by credit or with debit card. Your card will be charged in New Zealand dollars.

Cancelling your personal account

DELIVERY POLICY
*Due to Covid-19 lockdown restrictions delivery delays may be expected. Currently, we are only accepting orders in the Auckland area so we could provide same day or overnight delivery service.
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100+
We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more for all orders around Auckland area. Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout. See delivery page for more details.

PACKAGING
Our company has pledged to use only recyclable materials for our packaging. We use printed boxes that are 100% recyclable and reusable. Vacuum seal bags that is LDPE or low-density polyethylene which has a low temperature flexibility, toughness and corrosion resistance compatible and good for our company products. Our Non-toxic frozen /cooling packs will keep your orders cool, fresh and delicious throughout transit.
ORDER TRACKING
Use your order tracking number to track the location of your order during the transit. Track your order.
ABOUT CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE
KBBQ Works has a pick-up option available from our warehouse:

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick-up, ideally within 24 hours. If you didn’t receive any email confirmation, please contact the store prior to pick-up and we will resolve the matter promptly.

To arrange pick up simply choose the “Click and Collect from KBBQ Works online store” option in the shipping information section during checkout.
