손질소천엽 So Cheonyeop (Cleaned) 1Kg – NZ Beef Abomasum
The third stomach of a cow. It’s called Cheonyeop(abomasum) because it looks like several sheets of cloth stacked on top of each other, which is said to be like 1000 leaves stacked on top of each other.
It makes up 7-8% of the cow’s stomach, and is located between the secondary stomach (honeycomb stomach) and the fourthary stomach (folded stomach). It acts as an intermediate bridge between the stomach and the cecum, taking in food that has already been digested and passing it on to the latter. It”s also the most watery of the stomachs, at 86%, so it”s low in calories.

LA Galbi is a special cut among beef ribs, specifically from the 6th to 9th rib section of the beef. Using a cutter, the meat is sliced, including the bones, into approximately 1cm thickness. This results in a unique form with a long length of rib bones, providing a tender texture and rich juiciness to the meat. LA Galbi is commonly used in barbecue or grilled dishes and is regarded as one of Korea's representative meat dishes.
