Cooking Instructions
1.Add beef intestines, 700 ml water, and sauce and simmer 20 min. and then cut it into bite size.
2.Add vegetables, brisket, and heart. Keep boil until well combined.
# You can add vegetables and noodles to your flavour.
3.Season with salt to your taste.
조리방법
1.냄비에 소곱창+대창+물700ml+양념을 넣고 중불에서 약 20분간 끓인 뒤 한입 크기로 잘라주세요.
2. 채소와 차돌박이, 염통을 넣고 재료가 잘 어우러질 때까지 끓여주세요.
#원하시는 채소(배추,숙주,부추,양파,파,버섯등), 면사리를 넣어 즐기실 수 있습니다.
3. 간이 부족할 경우 소금으로 간을 맞춰주세요.
