Cooking Instructions
For BBQ:
- Add all ingredients except the brisket to a pan, cover with a lid, and pre-grill over medium heat for 7 minutes.
- Add the brisket and grill together until fully cooked. (You can also enjoy the brisket separately without sauce.)
- Lower the heat, add the Golden Choice’s Spicy sauce to taste, and stir-fry well.
- Once the sauce is evenly mixed, it’s ready to enjoy!
조리방법
- 팬에 차돌박이을 제외한 모듬구이 재료를 넣고 뚜껑 덮고 중불에서 7분정도 초벌구이 해주세요.
- 차돌박이를 넣고 함께 구워 마저 익혀주세요. (양념없이 따로 구워 드셔도 됩니다)
- 불을 약하게 줄인 후,골든초이스의 매운소스를 기호에 맞게 넣고 볶아주세요.
- 양념이 고루 베이면 완성!
