Cooking Instructions
- After thawing, place the spicy marinated chicken feet into a pot, add 600 ml of water (3 cups), and boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Add the rice cakes and flat glass noodles, then continue boiling for another 5 minutes.
For extra flavour and texture, you can also add ramen noodles, spring onion, or other toppings of your choice.
조리방법
- 해동후 매콤양념이 버무려진 닭발을 냄비에 넣고, 물 600ml (종이컵 가득 3컵) 냄비에 같이 부어준 후 중불에서 15분간 끓여주세요.
- 떡, 넙적당면을 넣고 5분 더 끓여주세요.
기호에 따라 라면사리, 파 등 다양한 사리를 추가하시면 더욱 맛있게 즐기실 수 있습니다.
